Isolated elderly individuals without any retirement benefits, no medical insurance, nothing! Locally born individuals who now find themselves with no administrative existence, known as ” Local Stateless ” or ” NNI ” people in great social precarity. They are often in priority neighborhoods and create a breeding ground for delinquency, which stigmatizes the neighborhood.
Association Overview
SXM NINI was created in August 2019 with the intention of identifying and inserting those who have fallen between the cracks of Saint Martin society. For those whose administrative forms do not have boxes that correspond to their current situation.
